چکیده

Attaining highly secure and safe operation of the grid with acceptable voltage levels has become a difficult issue for electricity companies that must adopt remedial actions. The usage PV solar farm inverter as static synchronous compensator (or PVSTATCOM device) throughout night recently been proposed way to enhance system performance. In this article, novel artificial rabbits’ optimization algorithm (AROA) is developed minimizing both daily energy losses profile considering different 24 h loadings. AROA inspired from natural surviving strategies rabbits. tested on typical IEEE 33-node distribution network including three scenarios. Different scenarios are implemented PV/STATCOM allocations day. effectiveness demonstrated in comparison differential evolution (DE) golden search (GSO). adequately allocated based AROA, where greatly reduced 54.36% deviations improved 43.29%. Moreover, provides no violations all constraints while DE fails achieve these limits. Therefore, shows greater dependability than GSO. profiles at nodes over daytime hours more minimum limit 95%.

Cold standby redundancy optimization for nonrepairable series-parallel systems: Erlang time to failure distribution

In modeling a cold standby redundancy allocation problem (RAP) with imperfect switching mechanism, deriving a closed form version of a system reliability is too difficult. A convenient lower bound on system reliability is proposed and this approximation is widely used as a part of objective function for a system reliability maximization problem in the literature. Considering this lower bound do...

Particle Swarm Optimization for Hydraulic Analysis of Water Distribution Systems

The analysis of flow in water-distribution networks with several pumps by the Content Model may be turned into a non-convex optimization uncertain problem with multiple solutions. Newton-based methods such as GGA are not able to capture a global optimum in these situations. On the other hand, evolutionary methods designed to use the population of individuals may find a global solution even for ...

An Analysis to Wealth Distribution Based on Sugarscape Model in an Artificial Society

In this paper an artificial society is being assumed as a multi agents system. A sugarscape model consisting of a cellular landscape of resources is used to form an interaction among the agents of the population. In the model, agents find the resources to survive. They are supposed to move and search and because of this movement, an evolutionary social behavior will develope. From model analys...

Bio-inspired cost-aware optimization for data-intensive service provision

The rapid proliferation of enormous sources of digital data and the development of cloud computing have led to greater dependence on data-intensive services. Each service may actually request or create a large amount of data sets. The scope, number, and complexity of data-intensive services are all set to soar in the future. To compose these services will be more challenging. Issues of autonomy...
